Downstairs is a large space 60 sqm. which is the fully equipped kitchen dining room, furnished terrace with garden. 3. Artemis studios (90m ²). It comprises two ground floor apartments with one double bed and 2 bunk beds, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, A/C, WC – shower, furnished terrace with garden. 4. Nephele studios (126 sqm). It consists of four apartments two on the ground floor and two on the top floor. Each one has a double bed and 2 bunk beds, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, fan, WC – shower, and furnished terrace with garden or balcony. 5. Electra (126m ²). It consists of two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the floor. The ground floor apartment’s two double bedrooms and WC – shower in each. Fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, A/C and furnished terrace with garden. The compartment floor has a bedroom with double bed and 2 bunk beds in the living room, dining room with fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, A/C, WC – shower, and balconies. 6. Danae (116m sqm). It consists of an apartment and a studio. The apartment’s two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, A/C, 2 WC – showers, and furnished terrace with garden. The studio has a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, A/C, WC – shower, and furnished terrace with garden. At 150 – 500 meters you will find super markets where you can buy everything necessary for fully independent living.
