At only 300 meters from the sea in Sivota lies Loutsis Studios, a brand new construction, consisting of 12 spacious and comfortable studios, all fully furnished and each able to host up to 4 persons. They have a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, TV, A/C, safe deposit box, wifi and balcony. The rooms are well furnished in all their details. There is a fully equipped barbecue in the garden, which you are welcomed to use whenever you wish. A vast variety of alternative activities are available for you during you stay. You will need quite some time to discover the natural beauty of the area (beaches, sights to see, archeological sites etc.). Recommended among others are a visit at Vrachonas (an old abandoned settlement situated only 5 km away from Syvota), the Acherontas river and the Tzavelena stairway, Souli, an equally important historic site, the Necromancy oracle, the archeological site of Dymokastro at Karavostasi in the region of Perdika, Gitani, an old settlement north of the Kalamas river, the Kalamas river and its delta (estuaries), etc.
